OURS Student Travel Application

*PLEASE NOTE: As of this moment, we are out of funding for travel that occurs before June 2024. Please contact the OURS office if you have any questions.

Before completing this survey and applying for funding from OURS, applicants should know details such as, departure and return dates, hotel reservation information, and names of all travelers (faculty and students) seeking funding from Radford University. If you are unsure of travel details while filling out the survey, you can leave the survey and return to your saved responses as long as you return to the survey link from the same computer and browser.

 

 Please submit requests at least 30 days before departing, although requests should be inititated as soon as applying to the conference or event. Please account for university breaks and closures when calculating the 30 days. 

 

OURS is happy to meet with any individual before or after applying to discuss questions associated with travel requests. Contact ours@radford.edu to schedule a meeting time!

 

Radford University OURS only funds undergraduate students who are presenting work at a conference and can fund up to $500 for a conference. All additional costs will need to be paid out of pocket or through another funding source.
